Content Policy – Trusted Life Circle (TLC)

1. Purpose

Trusted Life Circle is a private, trusted communication platform designed to support meaningful and safe interactions between individuals, caregivers, and families.

This Content Policy outlines what is and is not allowed on the platform and helps ensure a safe experience for all users.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

TLC has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Any violation of this policy will result in action, including removal of content and potential removal from the platform.

3. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for all content they share within TLC.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

Illegal Content
Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
Harassment & Abuse
Threats, harassment, or bullying
Hate speech or discriminatory content
Exploitation
Content that exploits or harms vulnerable individuals
Non-consensual sharing of personal information
Sexual Content
Explicit sexual content
Exploitative or inappropriate imagery
Violence
Graphic violence or promotion of harm
Misinformation & Harmful Content
Content that promotes dangerous activities
False or misleading information that could cause harm
Spam & Commercial Abuse
Unsolicited promotions or spam
Unauthorized advertising or solicitation

This includes any content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), which is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal and reporting.

5. Privacy & Consent

Users must respect the privacy of others.

You may not:

Share personal information without consent
Upload or distribute images or media of others without permission

6. Platform Safety Approach

TLC is designed as a private, invitation-only environment, but safety standards still apply.

We:

Monitor for violations of this policy
Provide tools for reporting inappropriate content
Take action when violations occur

7. Reporting & Response

Users can report content or behavior that violates this policy by:

Using the Report feature within the app, or
Emailing info@tlcapp.io

Reports of objectionable content or abusive behavior will be reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

8. Enforcement

We may take the following actions in response to violations:

Remove content
Issue warnings
Restrict account access
Suspend or terminate accounts

Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will be ejected from the platform.

Enforcement decisions are made at our discretion to protect users and maintain platform integrity.

9. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We may cooperate with law enforcement when required by law or when user safety is at risk.

10. Updates

We may update this Content Policy at any time. Continued use of TLC indicates acceptance of any changes.
